Paul was born in Utah and raised in Arizona and Utah. Following an Associates degree in Rexburg, Idaho, Paul earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Health Administration at Weber State University, working as a Health Facility Administrator for nearly 10 years before pivoting to Financial Advising.
Paul has always had a love for business: From selling Christmas cards door to door as a child, starting a laser tag business in high school, to buying, growing, and recently selling his partnership in a successful financial planning firm in California. He says, “Of all the businesses I've started or have been a part of, the best part of each is always the people I'm able to work with and clients I'm able help.”
Paul has been a radio co-host for a financial talk show since 2007, and his humor shines through on Idaho’s Money Show as he answers questions and breaks down complex business and financial issues. He has published many articles on money management and financial planning, and written countless TV segments educating viewers on financial topics.
Paul has always aimed to play a constructive role in each community he has been a part of. Paul has served on boards for the Alzheimer’s Disease Association, Chambers of Commerce, Kern Community Foundation, Leadership Council for Junior Achievement, several Health Care Associations and Leadership Programs, and has been involved with Boys and Girls Club, and Leadership Bakersfield.
Paul has been married to the love of his life, Diana, since 1992. They have four children and currently have one in college, high school, junior high, and elementary school. When not out trying to create new adventures for his family, Paul can be found honing his guitar playing skills to write songs only a mother could love.
